Basketball Camp Dates

Duration: 1 or 2 week Basketball Summer Camp

Basketball Camp Dates and options:

• Overnight Basketball camp:
  1-week camp: from Sunday 13 July to Sunday 20 or from Sunday 20 to Sunday 27 (arrival from 17:00 h to 20:00 at the Hotel and departure between 9:00 and 12:00 from the Hotel)
  2-week camp: from Sunday 13 July to Sunday 27 (arrival from 17:00 h to 20:00 at the Hotel and departure between 9:00 and 12:00 from the Hotel)
• Day Basketball Camp:
  1-week Basketball Camp: from Monday 14 to Saturday 19 or from Monday 21 to Saturday 26 (arrival Monday at 9:00 at the Sports Hall) and departure Friday at 20:00 at the Sports Hall.
  2-weeks Basketball Camp: 14-19 and 21–26 July.

Overnight Residential Basketball Camp Package includes

• 6.30 hours of basketball per day Monday to Saturday: themed basketball lectures, individual technique training circuits, workshops focussing on shooting and developing team-play from 3x3 to 5x5. Competitions. Training sessions and lectures are carried out in Spanish and English. 1 coach / 8-10 players ratio. Awards ceremony. (Average of 6.30 hours per day Monday to Saturday -morning & afternoon sessions plus 2 days per week evening sessions. Wednesday & Saturday morning sessions only -approx. 36 hours/week).
• On request: 2h00 Spanish or English lessons per day from Monday to Friday (except Wednesday) with qualified teachers (8 hours per week in groups of a maximum of 8-10 students). Language course book or learning materials provided.
• Camp accommodation is a 3-Star Hotel with a swimming pool, open-air recreational areas, as well as a computer area, TV rooms, twin room (single room on request).
• Buffet style menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner: Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, water and 1 or 2 daily snaks Monday to Saturday during basketball training), from Sunday evening to Saturday morning. Lunch first day for early arrivals and the last day for later departures is not included. Special menus for players with dietary restrictions.
• Cultural visits in Alicante, games on the beach and other activities and Saturday evening end-of-camp farewell dinner.
• Saturday excursion to Terra Mítica Amusement Park, Aqualandia Water Park or to Valencia and Sunday beach trip (Villajoyosa, Calpe or the Island of Tabarca)
• 1 basketball Jersey, 1 basketball short, 3 basketball T-Shirts and 1 Summer camp T-Shirt for 1 week camp and 2 basketball Jerseys, 2 basketball shorts, 6 basketball T-Shirts and 2 Summer Camp T-Shirts for 2 week camp.
• Group leaders with players every day (1-15). 24h care and supervision

Other optional services

—Extra nights before or after the Summer Camp: Participants can arrive 1 or 2 days before (only for participants in the second week) and stay 1 or 2 days after the camp (only for participants in the first week).

Saturday morning Sportive Barcelona: Nou Camp where Barcelona Football Team plays, Palau Sant Jord, Olympic area and the afternoon, etc
