Basketball Camp in Alicante: Free time activities
A diverse and extensive cultural and leisure activity programme for campers.
Every day after the language lessons and at the weekend, free time activities make the Language & Basketball Summer Camp the perfect language immersion programme in Spain.
During their stay, basketball camp participants take part in planned activities alongside both Spanish and foreign participants from the tennis, sailing, windsurfing and golf camps.
Zador staff will accompany campers during activities. One camp counsellor for every 10-15 participants.
Activities Schedule
On Monday to Friday activities last for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, from 18:30 to 20:30-21:00.Evening activities in the hotel or at the beach.
On Saturday evening there is a farewell party after dinner until 02:00.
On Saturday and Sunday activities last for approximately 8‐10 hours, from 10:00‐11:00 until 20:00-21:30.
Cultural visits in Alicante
- Visit to the Santa Barbara castle: One of the biggest medieval fortresses in Europe. It is located on the peak and hillside of the Benacantil Mountain, so, from its privileged position, you can see the entire Bay of Alicante.
- Cathedral of San Nicolás.
- Bonfire Museum to know more about Fiestas in Alicante, Crib Museum, Bullfighting Museum and Volvo Ocean Race Museum.
Excursions to amusement parks near Alicante on Saturday and Sunday
Full day excursions to Terra Mítica amusement Park and to Aqualandia.
Tasting Mediterranean cuisine
Tapas in a typical bar to taste typical Spanish dishes with teacher, and camp counsellors.
Farewell dinner on Saturday evenings
Other activities
