Terms of enrolment

Notes about payments

• The registration is not valid until we received the payment notification form the bank.
• The allocation of placements will be carried out according to the order of registration forms and payment.
• To attend the camp each camper must have a medical certificate that declares the suitability to play basketball.
• In all cases, the exact amount of the invoice must arrive at ZADOR. Payments must be in Euros.

Notes about accommodation

• Students with arranged accommodation should arrive the camp on Sunday between 17:00 and 20:00 and leave on Sunday morning between 9:00 and 12:00.

• We must be informed of arrival and pick-up times. Form to inform us about arrival and departure times.

• Students must follow the rules in the accommodation and maintain the room clean and tidy.

Notes about airport pick-up and drop-off optional service

• Basketball campers with contracted transfer service should send the flight information at least 2 weeks prior to arrival: place, time, flight number. They have to fill the Transfer request form.
• Participant should inform ZADOR using the Emergency Phone provided at the Camp Hand Book in case of any delay.

Notes for basketball campers who need to apply for a VISA

• For Visa application, we will provide a document proving the registration at the camp once we have received the payments.
• To prepare the documents we would need the following details about the camper: complete name, complete address, a copy of the passport (by email or fax), date of birth, name of the father, name of the mother, a passport-sized photo.
• The booking process  for people who requiered VISA is as follows:

1º.- First of all, you need to visit the Spanish Consulate in your country in order to be informed on the documents you must submit and on the requirements you must meet in order to obtain the visa to come to the Basketball camp. This is very important, because they will also inform you on the duration of the visa process. The duration of the visa process usually is around 2-3 months.

2º.- Once you know all requirements and  all documents you will need to present, and then,  you are sure about the dates you could get the VISA,  you can fill in the Registration  on our website.

4º.- Once we receive your enrolment, we will send the invoice. At this time you have to make the payment. As you will be informed at the Spanish Consulate, the documents you must submit include a certificate from us that says that you have already  paid the summer camp and accommodation. We cannot issue this certificate if we have not received the copy of the payment. This is the reason why it is necessary to make the payment in full  before applying for the visa.

5º.- Once we have received the payment for the camp, we will send you the certificate so that you can present it at the Spanish Consulate with the other documents. We  send this document  via  Express letter with an extra fee (the amount depends on the country we have to send the documents)

6º.- You have to go to a Travel Agency and buy return tickets and you have to present at the Spanish Consulate, the flight tickets, basketball camp registration confirmation, an insurance cover and the rest of the documents the Consulate ask for.

7º.- If your application VISA is rejected, we will reimbursed the amount paid deducting a cancellation fee.

• ZADOR is not responsible for rejected VISA.

Notes about discipline

• Any serious violation of the Basketball Camp rules, failure to comply with rules of good behaviour, or damage caused to facilities, equipment and personal property shall entail the immediate expulsion from the Camp as well as compensation for damages.
• Consume of drugs or alcohol or tobacco shall entail the immediate expulsion from the Camp.

Notes about cancellations

• Once enrolled, there are no refunds. You can contract a cancellation insurance. You will be supplied the insurance policy once enrolled. For DAY CAMP please consult us. You can download the main causes of the Cancellation Insurance (2025 uncoming)
• No refund shall be made in case of the camper withdrawing for family, personal or disciplinary reasons before the end of the camp.
• Any complain about the program should be made during the program period to our staff. In the case of a legal action, participant and Zador will be subject to the Spanish court in Álava. Any other court system will be renounced.

General notes about the Camp

• ZADOR will not accept any liability for injury, theft or damage caused by students to persons or properties during the stay.
• Participants agree to assume all the risk and responsibilities surrounding the participation in the Programme and release and exonerate Zador, their officers and employees from and against any present or future claim, loss, or liability for injury to person or property which participants may suffer.
• If the participant decides to travel during the booked period and he/she does not attend the lessons, no refund will be made.
• Participant, unless specified otherwise, authorises Zador to use the possible photographic or video material in which s/he may appear for exclusive advertising use by ZADOR.
