This is an example of a typical day at the Basketball Camp. Times could be vary a little bit, but we try to maintain the timetable as much as possible every day, above all on the court where a coach assistant controls the times.

Mornings

08´00-08´30 — Wake up and toilets and breakfast
08´30-08´50 — Breakfast
08´50-09`30 — Time to go to the Basketball court
09´30- 9´45— Conditioning & Stretching
9'45-9'48 — Water
9'48-10'24 — Individual Basketball Techniques (3 stations)
10'24 -10'30 — Water
10-30 - 11'06 — Individual Basketball Techniques (3 stations)
11'06-11'20 — Morning Snack
11'20-12'00 — Basketball Movement Tactics
12'00-12'05 — Water
12'05-12'25 — Individual technical-tactic
12'25-12'35 — Stretching

Midday

12'25-14:00 — Transportation, swimming-pool and spare-time
14'30-15'00 — Lunch
15'00-15'00 — Free time
16'00-17'00 — Basketball lectures, Documentary films about basketball or Group dynamic or Spanish Lessons

Afternoons

17'00-17'30 —Time to go to the basketball courts
17'30-19:45
— Conditioning & Stretching.
— Group training sessions
— Shoothing competition

Evenings

20'15-20:45 — Dinner
21'30-22:45 — 5 x 5 or 3 x 3 competitions
23'30 Lights Out

Wednesday & Saturday

Wednesday afternoon: more time at the swimming pool, visit to Vitoria city centre and shopping
Saturday evening: Awards ceremony and party
